Refund policy
B-side Factory S.a.s. (Bshop) recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided for by current legislation.
The deadline for exercising this right is 14 days.
How to return
Within 14 days, the Customer is required to send the items he wishes to exchange or return to the following address. You can use a courier of your choice that guarantees delivery directed to our address (we do not collect stock/detained mail) or generate a return label from RETURNS PORTAL Bshop.

Return shipping requirements
- Return shipping must include online tracking. Enter the tracking link in the return request or communicate it via email.
- It is required proof of delivery with signature (POD) provided by the courier. In the absence of tracking or POD, Bshop will be able to suspend the refund until the package is physically received.
Documents and package preparation
- Insert it into the package tax receipt (original or copy) with the returned items highlighted, indicating whether they are RETURN OF GOODS or GOODS EXCHANGE.
- For exchange of goods: send an email to ordini@bshopzone.it with the desired replacement item or items. The items will be reserved until the return arrives; upon receipt we will send a communication with any difference to be paid or refunded.
- The returned good must be intact and, when applicable (e.g. footwear), in the original packaging complete in all its parts. Do not apply tapes directly to the shoe box: place it in external packaging.
