Shipping policy
Shipments are made via express courier. The couriers used can beBRT, SDA, GLS e DPD. B-side Factory S.a.s. (Bshop) reserves the right to choose or modify the courier based on its logistical needs.
For orders paid with bank transfer, the shipment will take place only after the amount has been credited to our current account; the average shipping times start from that moment. Once the goods have been shipped, delivery in Italy takes place within 24/48 hours.
If the order includes items not available in a single physical store, delivery times they can stretch to allow the reunification of the items and make a single shipment to the customer.
We always communicate the departure of the shipment via e-mail.
Approximate delivery times (outside Italy)
The following times are average and indicative:
- Austria and Germany: 3 days
- France, Belgium, Holland and England: 3 days
- Spain: 3 days
- Denmark: 3/4 days
- Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, Poland and the Slovak Republic: 3 days
- Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary and Portugal: 3 days
- Greece and Latvia: 4 days
- Norway and Switzerland: 4 days
- Japan: 7 days
- Ireland: 3 days
- Australia: 7 days
The times indicated are to be understood as working days (Mon–Fri) and may vary due to holidays, strikes or causes of force majeure. For shipments to destinations not listed, contact our customer service: ordini@bshopzone.it.
