Terms of service

1) Identification of the Supplier

The goods covered by these conditions are offered for sale by B-side Factory S.a.s. (Bshop), with registered office in Via Po, 39 – 10124 Turin (TO), registered with the Turin Chamber of Commerce at Company Register no. TO – 912353, VAT number 07687550017.

2) General provisions

These conditions apply exclusively to relationships between B-side Factory S.a.s. (Bshop) and any person (hereinafter “User” or “Buyer”) that you make online purchases on www.bshopzone.it. The Buyer declares to have read and accepted these Terms before confirming the order.

3) Warnings and recommendations for use

The technical information in the product sheets is provided by the manufacturers or obtained from their publications; Bshop may update them without notice. The images are for illustrative purposes only.

Many products are intended for high-risk activities (e.g. mountaineering, ski mountaineering, indoor/outdoor climbing, trekking, ice climbing). It is the User's responsibility to possess the skills for use, assembly, maintenance and replacement of components. In case of use by minors, the supervision of experienced adults is recommended. We recommend that you carefully read the user manuals and manufacturers' instructions.

4) Liability for defective products

Pursuant to the articles. 114 et seq. of the Consumer Code, Bshop - as a supplier - is responsible for damage from a defective product only if it does not communicate to the damaged party, within 3 months of the request, the identity and domicile of the manufacturer or its supplier. The request must be written and indicate the product, place/date of purchase with a copy of the tax document, as well as the offer for viewing the product if existing. There is no liability in the cases provided for by law (e.g. compliance with mandatory regulations, technical-scientific state of the art upon placing on the market). No compensation is due if the User was aware of the defect and the risk or in case of use/maintenance not compliant with the intended use of the product.

5) Purchase method

The Buyer concludes the order by following the procedure on the site. Features and prices are illustrated in the product sheets; any shipping costs are added at checkout. Once the order is completed, Bshop sends an automatic email confirming receipt. Bshop is not responsible for delays due to force majeure and is not responsible for internet network disruptions beyond its control.

6) Prices

Prices are expressed in Euros and inclusive of VAT. Any shipping costs are not included unless otherwise indicated and are calculated and shown before payment.

Note prices between channels: i prices applied in physical Bshop stores they can differ from the prices charged online for reasons of local promotions, assortments and pricing policies. In any case, the price of the purchasing channel used (online or physical store).

In the event of an obvious error on the price (exorbitant or negligible compared to the price list), Bshop may cancel the order by informing the Buyer via e-mail and fully refunding the sums paid within 14 days. Unless otherwise indicated, offers cannot be combined with other promotions.

7) Product availability

Bshop operates a direct warehouse and the site shows real-time availability. This indication reflects the stock at the time of the order; for simultaneous accesses it is possible that a product will go out of stock before the update. Even after the confirmation email, unavailability may occur: in this case the order will be adjusted with the elimination of the unavailable item and related refund within 14 days of communication.

8) Payment methods

  • Cash on delivery (Italy)
    Payment on delivery to the courier. The service has an additional cost of € 5,00 indicated at checkout. In the event of a return, the refund will be made via bank transfer.
  • Payment card
    Secure payment on circuits e.g. Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay via secure connection (SSL). In the event of a return, the transaction is reversed to the same card.
  • PayPal
    Payment via PayPal account or linked card according to the provider's procedure. In case of return, refund to the same account.
  • Bank transfer
    The instructions are sent in the order confirmation. To maintain the reservation of the items, send the accountant via e-mail to the address from which you received the confirmation by 5 days. The shipment starts after crediting our account; delivery times start from that moment.

9) Payment security

Transactions are managed directly by the payment institution on protected servers; Bshop does not become aware of the User's card data.

10) Tax documents

For each purchase it is issued tax receipt sent in the package. For customers registered as companies (purchases with VAT number) and for non-EU orders it can be issued invoice available in your account (in addition to the paper copy in the package). The User can indicate billing information other than shipping information.

11) Legal guarantee of conformity

All products sold by Bshop are covered by legal guarantee for defects of conformity according to current legislation: 24 months for consumers (purchases for personal purposes) e 12 months for professional buyers (purchases with VAT number). The terms start from delivery.

The consumer must report the defect within 2 months from discovery; the professional buyer enters 8 days. The report must be sent to ordini@bshopzone.it with the subject "Report of defect/defect of conformity - order number - Name Surname - date of receipt of goods", description of the defect, any photos and copy of the tax document.

Once the defect has been ascertained, the Buyer can request, without charge, repair or replacement (unless the requested remedy is impossible or excessively burdensome). Alternatively, you are entitled to price reduction or termination of the contract in the foreseen cases. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper or non-compliant use, or damage to third parties resulting from such use.

13) Applicable law and competent court

The relationships between Bshop and the Buyer are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the competent authority is Court of the place of residence of the consumer if in Italy; for professional buyers, the sole responsibility is Court of Turin. The possibility of resorting, on a voluntary basis, to procedures remains unaffected mediation (Legislative Decree 28/2010).

14) Privacy and Cookies

The processing of personal data takes place according to Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy. By continuing to browse and use the site's services, the User declares to have read the aforementioned documents.
