Compatible with all types of rope, the Air Force 3 allows the belaying of the first climber, the abseiling and the recovery of one or two seconds of climbing independently at the belay.
The small hole in the insert allows the rope to be released even under tension.
The Air Force 3 belay device is compatible with single ropes of any diameter but is specifically designed for use with half and double ropes.
The V-shaped grooves offer greater friction to improve the braking of the rope during belaying and optimal energy absorption in the event of a fall of the first climber, while still guaranteeing excellent smoothness.
The wide straight grooves ensure low impact on the string.
