A revolution in versatility, the Hydra Ice Tool is a true modular system that can be configured to suit any mission, from pure ice to technical mountaineering to mixed climbing.

Built to utilize the innovative BD Integrated Component Exchange (I.C.E.) system, the Hydra Ice Tool can be configured to maximize performance on any technical winter terrain. From water ice in the Alps, to new lines in the Alaska Range or mixed technical climbing, the Hydra tool accepts a full suite of I.C.E. products. accessories, including picks, hammers, shovel, head weights, bits and handle spacers, allowing you to customize your tool to fit any mission.

The tool's hydroformed shaft is ergonomically designed for steep, technical climbing, from overhanging icefalls to hooking on mixed terrain. Additionally, the grip can be finely adjusted to fit your hand and has options for a lower tip or lower knob.

Includes a set of light and heavy head weights, 4mm and 5mm wrenches and handle spacers.
