Made of wool mixed, a fabric obtained by intertwining Merinos wool fibers with the synthetic ones of Elastan and Nylon, it offers an unparalleled sensation of softness and comfort. Furthermore, thanks to its particular conformation, the Merino wool yarn guarantees anti-odor properties even after intense use.
The Merino T-shirt coppolo is a shirt that makes us proud of our choices. The wool used is in fact certified as a mulesing free. A responsible and ethical choice that reflects our philosophy. Mulesing is a surgical practice through which the flaps of meat and skin are removed from the perianal area of the Merino sheep with the function of protecting them from the spread of infections linked to the attacks of the flies that deposit their eggs.
This practice is performed without anesthesia or antibiotic care, and does not always protect the animal from infections. Indeed, it is so invasive that it can lead to the death of the sheep. In our small way, we are absolutely against this treatment, for this reason we have chosen a more expensive but respectful yarn of animals.
