Fabrizio Calebasso, born in Geneva in 1986, raised in Lugano, he graduated in Environmental Sciences and Technologies at the University of Bologna. A lover of high altitudes, he cut his teeth on the Swiss 4000m climbs, climbed on foot or on skis. His passion for climbing led him to bolt various routes and crags in the Canton of Ticino, including some important dry routes, given the familiarity he discovered he had with ice axes. For several years he has spent the summer season in Courmayeur, so he has been able to cover numerous routes on Mont Blanc, including most of the main ones. He is currently attending the guide course in Switzerland.
Matteo Pasquetto, born in Varese in 1994, from the first years of his life he lived in contact with nature and the mountains among the woods of Varese and the mountains of Ticinese and Ossola. In the following years he pursued this passion first by walking and then, since 2012, by climbing and skiing. This great passion then turned into his profession in 2016: Alpine Guide. In 2020, with a group of Guides, Guide Instructors and friends, he founded Beyondvertical. He came into contact with Mont Blanc about 5 years ago and it was immediately a playground that intrigued and fascinated him. Over the years he has traveled many of his routes, among which he remembers with immense pleasure Divine Providence and Groucho Marx, two beautiful journeys between the peaks of this massif.
