The Ortovox Shovel Pro Guide is a robust, compact and efficient avalanche shovel, designed for ski mountaineering, freeriding and professional use on snow. The combination of small dimensions, large bucket capacity and resistant structure allows you to intervene quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
The hardened and anodized aluminum bucket It features sharp edges, raised sides and reinforcing ribs that increase stability and effectiveness even in hard snow. The surface of the bucket 640 cm² allows you to quickly move large quantities of snow while maintaining a good balance between performance and size.
The telescopic handle with oval section offers high stability and intuitive use, while the compact T-handle can be adapted for comfortable use with both the right and left hand. The quick mounting system allows you to quickly connect the handle to the bucket when every second counts.
The function Easy-Plug 90° allows you to also use the shovel as a hoe, making it easier to clear snow efficiently. The flat and precise shape of the bucket also makes it suitable for creating stratigraphic profiles, skid blocks and other technical operations on snow.
